My recent stay at a well-known beachfront hotel was truly unforgettable. The location was absolutely amazing, with breathtaking views of the ocean from my room's balcony. The staff was friendly and promptly attended to all of my requests. The food served at the hotel was also very good, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I had an enjoyable and memorable experience during my stay.

A best base for exploring Acapulco. We greatly enjoyed staying at Ritz Acapulco. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. Room met the criteria.

Beachfront location and ocean views are great! Nice selection of drinks at the bar.

Poor food quality and no variety for vegetarians. Hotel lacks basic amenities in the rooms such as a hair dryer, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Housekeeping is lacking and wait staff are not helpful or efficient. a disappointing experience for my Easter break.

Great value and location, plenty of activities

I spent my Christmas vacation at a hotel in Acapulco and I have to say it was a great value for what we paid. The location couldn't be better, right on the beach with amazing views. We also enjoyed all of the activities that were offered, including water sports and nightly entertainment. the staff was always friendly and helpful.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a couple of downsides. The hotel facilities were quite outdated and in need of renovation.

The hotel's location is central, but it comes with a downside since the noise from the street can be heard at night. The room is spacious and well-maintained, some with partial views, where it's possible to see some of the ocean. The staff is attentive and always tries to be helpful. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet-style, with a good variety of food options.

The swimming pool is quite small for the size of the hotel.
